- You must receive approval to access data from the data custodian. For information about how to get authorized for InfoAccess data views, connect to the InfoAccess Home Page
- SPECIAL
CONSIDERATIONS - 1. Limit by ACAD_PROG when selecting records. If you select for multiple programs you get multiple occurring records for the same student for students who applied for more than one program. If you do not limit by ACAD_PROG, you get all the records for all the applicants, which can be more than 150,000 record!
2. Dates include a meaningless timestamp. If using Paradox, reformat the table you get and change the @ (timestamp) type to D (date). You will not lose information. - QUESTIONS
