A new Tableau visualization is now available that allows monitoring of budget-to-actuals at the personnel level for compensation and at the general ledger account level for non-compensation expenses. The People and Stuff Report can be used for viewing budget to actuals for a division (school/college/auxiliary) or department by fiscal year.
The workbook contains budget records by person from the PlanUW budget development that were entered through the Compensation Administration Tool. Other budget data from the PlanUW load to SFS is displayed by account code grouping. Budget transfers processed through SFS will be loaded to the viz nightly to update the account code grouping budgets. Actuals will pull through SFS/HRS to the person lines or account code groupings nightly as well.
