On the third Wednesday of each month, from 10 to 10:50 a.m., the Badger Data Network gathers over Zoom to discuss a valuable, shared resource— institutional data.
Increasing data literacy is an ongoing effort. During September's gathering, we will support your growth in data literacy by discussing new resources and best practices. Some resources may enhance your expertise, while others can help improve your colleagues' data literacy. Various presenters will showcase these resources, and attendees are encouraged to share their tools and practices.
The 2023-2024 Data Digest showcases key UW–Madison metrics
The Data Digest provides comprehensive information about students, faculty, staff, budget, and expenditures.
It is possible to measure many of the attributes of the university in a variety of different ways, depending on other definitions. However, the official numbers and definitions are often an important point of reference.
