In January of 2026, as ATP is phased out, the Workday and Enterprise Solutions Team (WEST) officially launches. Funded through the Enterprise Directions Council, WEST supports all the Universities of Wisconsin campuses with their Workday needs.

Transparency during the stabilization phase
During Workday’s stabilization phase, addressing data and reporting challenges and implementing improvements are key focus areas. The immense scope of Workday’s implementation meant prioritizing which reports were critical for go-live. Building the numerous additional reports needed is underway. The Data and Reporting dashboard continues to be refined based on feedback. Reports with critical and high priority are the current focus.
The Pain Points and Resolution Paths dashboard tracks Workday issues, their status, and the resolution plan.
As users encounter problems, they should submit a ticket via GetHelpUW, detailing their issue. This will allow WEST to triage and route requests quickly.
