The university’s Institutional Data Issue Management Procedure provides a process for the intake, management, and resolution of institutional data issues, such as:
- questions of decision rights and authority;
- conflicts among policies, procedures, standards, business rules, architecture, and stakeholder interests;
- issues of compliance and conformance with laws, regulations, policies, standards, procedures, contracts, and architecture;
- data quality issues; and
- other issues related to effective data management.
