Introducing a new member of the DAPIR team

A warm welcome to Emily Dubrovin, who joined DAPIR in early April. Emily, an analyst, supports the School of Education, and her position expands DAPIR’s partnership model with units across campus.

Before joining DAPIR, Emily worked at the Legislative Audit Bureau for four years. An alumnus of UW-Madison’s La Follette School of Public Affairs, she is excited to return to an education space applying the data analysis she learned in school and at the Legislative Audit Bureau.

Outside of work, Emily loves all things fiber arts—sewing, knitting, embroidery, and more. This summer, she intends to begin experimenting with natural dyes from the plants in her garden and aspires to someday wear a sweater she spun, dyed, and knit herself! Emily also served in the Peace Corps for two and a half years in Ukraine as an Education Volunteer and says “Привіт!” which means hello in Ukrainian.
