2024-25 summary reports on faculty recruitment and retention
The Office of the Provost and DAPIR collect information from the deans on faculty recruiting and faculty retention efforts conducted in their school/college. This information has been used to describe the challenges the University faces in recruiting and retaining faculty to a range of audiences including the Board of Regents and legislators. Summary reports are posted by year. The most recent requests sent to the deans offices is also posted.
