James supports the design and delivery of enterprise analytics solutions associated with the UW-Madison Analytics Strategy and Roadmap. He performs discovery and scoping activities for projects, leading subject-matter experts through requirements elicitation/documentation, facilitates iterative design/prototyping sessions, documents functional specifications and ensures alignment with technical specifications, documents test cases, tests solutions, facilitates user acceptance testing, troubleshoots/documents issues, and coordinates fixes/enhancements through to production deployment.
