Kay serves as a business analyst and consultant in the DAPIR office. Kay is responsible for researching systems, communicating with subject matter experts, documenting business requirements, and providing detailed business analysis used to support the development of UW–Madison’s integrated data warehouse. She also promotes data governance and the data stewardship program across campus and emphasizes the value of data.
Kay represents DAPIR as a subject matter expert for institutional data and business intelligence and acts in a consultative manner when collaborating with our UW–Madison user community. Kay is versed in the data and solutions available, data education, data access policies, as well as query tools, and can advise others on how to meet their information needs.
