Lonnie Morgan joined us for the first part of our session to provide an update on reporting in Workday. His slides offer tips for running reports and share the top reports accessed to date.
Bethany Crowell shared a presentation she gave at the Association for Institutional Research (AIR) annual forum, discussing the evolving duties and functions of institutional research and how DAPIR’s structure is uniquely positioned to implement them. Highlights include:
- DAPIR’s partnership with the Office of Academic and Career Success (OACS) to provide analytic support and resources.
- Quickly operationalizing data governance policies and partnering with data stewards to address pressing needs.
- Promoting information sharing and data literacy by implementing communication and learning structures, including but not limited to the Badger Data Network, a monthly newsletter, website, and Data@UW training.
